Perroni Cakes is an Italian-inspired pastry shop built on family, tradition and a love for beautiful food. The name Perroni comes from our family surname and carries with it a very special history.
Matt's parents once owned a cake shop called Perroni Cakes, where their passion for baking and hospitality began.
Now, years later, we're bringing the name back and creating something of our own, inspired by the traditions and memories that came before us. From cakes and pastries to Italian classics and everything in between, Perroni Cakes will be a place where old traditions meet something new.
And for us, the story continues with Stellario, Matt's dad's name, and the inspiration behind Stellario Tiramisu. Two names, one family, and a love for Italian food that has been passed down through generations.
